The difference between my various packages/prices is simply the amount of time I invest in your project on a weekly basis. My SEO clients provide me with a budget and I then set them up on a Pay Pal monthly subscription for the agreed upon amount.
Note About My Monthly Fee: Once I have a client well established at the top of the engines with stong visitor traffic then we can cut back to a maintenance level for a lower monthly fee. It's the first six to eight months that are the most critical to firmly establish pressence.

There are two types of SEO. Onsite and Offsite. Many web sites are not SEO friendly. Typically they were created by a graphic designer or someone who knows about .html but doesn't understand SEO. Also, the Internet is constantly evolving and so are web development tools and techniques. Your site should be gone though every year or two to bring it up to date. For instance, it wasn't that long ago when I was using DHTML menus for my clients sites. I started using DHTML when it was hot and new. I now use the faster loading, more compatible, search engine friendly .css menus. They look the same but are vastly superior. Many of my clients sites still have DHTML menus. Just updating the menus can make the site faster loading and more search engine friendly.

Answer: I don't market this site. I have so much word of mouth business I have to turn more work down than I accept as it is. I rarely work on this site because frankly, I don't have the time. I'm too busy working for my clients.

big city, there are tons of kung fu schools in that area so competition is
fierce. Here are just a few of the relevant, high popularity keyphrases they
are ranked very well for. I also have them in the business maps areas of the
major and minor engines, video sites, social bookmarking sites, RSS etc etc
and so on...
Do a search in any or all of the 3 Major engines (where 85%+ of the searches
come though) for the following popular phrases and see where either of these
two domains come up. Keep in mind Google is the most important of all and
